Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital service delivery

Because Tirubaa FundReady provides instant AI-powered digital evaluations, proprietary financial templates, and automated pitch-deck generation immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final once the AI evaluation report is generated and delivered. Refunds are only applicable in the event of a technical transaction failure where the user's account is debited but no evaluation is triggered. Payment for the service does not guarantee funding, investment, grants or loan approval.

2. When a refund applies

If your account or bank was debited but no evaluation was triggered because of a technical transaction failure, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel before completing payment at no cost. Once payment is confirmed and the AI evaluation report has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@tirubaafundready.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email, order ID and payment reference. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
