1. Who we are

Tirubaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U72200PN2011PTC138412), trading as Tirubaa FundReady ("we", "us"), operates this platform and is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Address: 1294, Shukrawar Peth, Subhash Nagar Road No. 7, Pune 411002, Maharashtra, India.

2. What we collect

Contact and identity details: name, email, phone, company name, city and, where you provide them, PAN, GSTIN and CIN/registration numbers.

Business information: your funding synopsis, compliance check answers and the documents you upload (one-pagers, pitch decks, financial workbooks and supporting files).

Payment information: order and payment references, amount and status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with Cashfree Payments and are never seen or stored by us.

Signed agreements: the success fee agreement you sign as a Fund Seeker, with the time of signing.

Chat messages you send to the Guru assistant.

3. Why we use it

To run your compliance check, analyse your documents, generate your business plan, financial model and pitch deck, and match you to schemes, CSR funds, banks and investors.

To process payments, issue GST invoices and maintain statutory GST and accounting records.

To contact you about your application, and to share your application with investors or funding partners only where you have taken that step on the platform.

4. AI processing

Uploaded documents and your synopsis are sent to AI models through Vercel AI Gateway to produce your assessment. They are used only to generate your results and are not used by us to train AI models.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Please review all generated documents before submitting them anywhere.

5. Storage, security and retention

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and the platform is hosted on Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by these providers. Admin access is password-protected and limited to our team.

For analysis we store the text extracted from your documents, not the original files.

We keep application data for as long as your account or application is active, and invoice and payment records for at least 72 months, as required under the CGST Act. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

6. Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Cashfree Payments (payments), Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway), Neon (database), and our email provider.

Investors, CSR officers and funding partners, only for applications you submit or allow to be shared.

Our GST consultants and auditors, for statutory filings. Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Write to our Grievance Officer at support@tirubaafundready.com. We respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. About our scores

The FundReady Index is Tirubaa FundReady's own AI-assisted assessment of how complete and well-evidenced your application is. Our score thresholds are internal assessment thresholds — a score of 90% or 95% is not a 90% or 95% probability of receiving funding. It is not a guarantee of funding, approval, investment or returns, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. Every scheme, CSR fund, bank and investor makes its own independent decision.

9. Who we are

* Tirubaa FundReady is a project evaluation company. We assist businesses globally in preparing, evaluating and presenting their projects for fund raising. We are not a lender, investor or funding company, and we do not guarantee any funding, sanction, grant or investment. Outcomes depend on each funder’s independent decision and on the applicant’s own project, sector and performance.

10. Digital Service Delivery and Refund Policy

Because Tirubaa FundReady provides instant AI-powered digital evaluations, proprietary financial templates, and automated pitch-deck generation immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final once the AI evaluation report is generated and delivered. Refunds are only applicable in the event of a technical transaction failure where the user's account is debited but no evaluation is triggered. Payment for the service does not guarantee funding, investment, grants or loan approval.
