Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Tirubaa FundReady sells digital services only. No physical products are shipped, so no shipping charges apply.

2. How services are delivered

Your AI evaluation report, financial templates, business plan and pitch deck are generated online and delivered instantly on the platform once payment is confirmed, and are available to download from your results page.

A confirmation and invoice are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Delivery timeline

Most reports are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, such as heavy load or a payment confirmation delay, delivery can take up to 24 hours.

4. If you have not received your service

If you were charged but did not receive your report within 24 hours, email support@tirubaafundready.com with your order ID. We will deliver it or refund you as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
